**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content aligned with client objectives and target audience.
- Research and analyze industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor content to optimize content strategy.
- Utilize SEO best practices to maximize content visibility and drive organic traffic to our clients' websites.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and other relevant KPIs.
- Proofread and edit content produced by team members to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Assist in the creation and execution of content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Continuously improve content quality and effectiveness by gathering feedback, analyzing performance data, and implementing content best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content creation, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of grammar and punctuation.
- Demonstrated ability to write compelling and engaging content for a variety of digital platforms and formats.
- Proficient in SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Strong research and analytical skills to support content strategy development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for content distribution.
- A creative and innovative thinker, able to generate fresh ideas and adapt to new trends.
