**Summary**

As a Site Superintendent, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will utilize your core skills in construction management software, quality control, and budgeting to maintain high standards. Strong communication skills and a First Aid Certification are essential for fostering a safe work environment. Join us to lead a dedicated team and drive successful project outcomes in a dynamic construction setting.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily construction operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and supervise construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and budget adherence.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain First Aid certification.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address any issues or changes in project scope.

**Qualifications**

Strong communicator
Successful track record managing project costs and meeting project budgets
Has experience dealing directly with consultants and clients
Valid certifications in WHMIS, CSTS, and First Aid
Positive attitude and works well on a team
Innovative approach to problem solving

Pay: $100,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
