**Position Overview**

The Psychologist will bring advanced clinical expertise to the Previvo team, focusing on holistic mental health and behavioral strategies that empower clients to lead longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. This role involves conducting psychological assessments, designing personalized mental health plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and psychometric testing, to support clients’ healthspan and longevity goals.
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic strategies tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including dietitians, physicians, and health coaches, to create integrated wellness plans.
- Support clients in developing sustainable habits and mental resilience to enhance their overall well-being.
- Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation and adhere to professional standards of care.
- Provide in-person consultations, leveraging technology to enhance accessibility and care.

**Qualifications**
- Fully licensed for autonomous practice as a Psychologist in Manitoba (registration in good standing with the Psychological Association of Manitoba).
- Minimum of three years of experience in clinical practice, with a focus on assessments and evidence-based interventions.
- Proficiency in cognitive-behavioral approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT) and familiarity with measurement-based care.
- Individual professional liability insurance is required.

**Preferred Experience**
- Background in health, rehabilitation psychology, or neuropsychology.
- Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and delivering telehealth services.
- Familiarity with psychological strategies for optimizing longevity and mental well-being.
