Located in Winnipeg, Oakville Wellness Center a faith-based organization is looking for a clinical psychologist. Oakville provides therapy services to a diverse population including couples, individuals and children and adolescents and we are looking for therapists for these groups. Oakville is guided by its core values of collaboration, hospitality, excellence and respect.

The services of the successful therapist will be provided on a contractual basis, with an agreed fee paid per session. The therapist will be required to function as an autonomous mental health practitioner in a collaborative setting. The position may be tailored to varying specialties or experiences.

**HOURS**

Part-Time - Full Time. This depends on the clinicians availability and the number of referrals.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Providing psycho-diagnostic assessments and cognitive assessments
- Reporting results and interpretations of tests, interviews and evaluations to the multi disciplinary team
- Providing treatment of a variety of mental health issues using evidence-based practice including CBT along with other modalities of therapy
- Participating as a member of the multi-diciplinary team in case reviews
- Creating and maintaining patient records in a timely manner

**QUALIFICIATIONS**
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from accredited university
- Registered as a Psychologist by the Psychological Association of Manitoba.
- Education, training and experience in administration and interpretation of standard adult psychodiagnostic and cognitive psychological tests and measures
- Education, training and experience with evidence-based treatments for adults across a range of mental health conditions, including experience with treatment delivery in both group and individual format
- Education, training and experience in health psychology an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and inter-professional team work skills
- Current professional liability insurance.
- Experienced with operating a computer and some ability with MS office
