**Job Overview**
As a Bar Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient bar management. You will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, managing inventory, and leading a team to deliver a memorable experience to our guests.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the bar's operations
- Train, schedule, and manage bar staff
- Develop and maintain cocktail menus and beverage offerings
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Oversee cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in bartending, restaurant, or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of kitchen operations is a plus
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Prior experience in restaurant management or hotel industry is needed

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
