Elora Distilling Company is an award winning grain to glass distillery located in picturesque Elora, Ontario founded in 2020. We ferment, distill, blend, and package on site a variety of premium spirits and liqueurs with an emphasis on using local ingredients whenever possible. In 4 short years, we have won multiple awards for the quality of our spirits and our contributions to local tourism and culture.
- Have experience in a full service hospitality setting (minimum 1 year experience preferred but not necessary)

Responsibilities include:
- Serving and preparing cocktails and small eats for guests
- Assist with daily bar and retail inventory
- Managing a till
- Assisting with executing reservations, cocktail classes, and events
- Daily cleaning and organizational tasks
- Selling manufactured on site spirits products
- Potentially representing Elora Distilling Company at outside events
Schedule:
- This position is part time casual
- Weekend and holiday availability a must
Compensation: $17.50 per hour.
