**About the Role**:
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Drafting contracts, agreements and amendments for subcontractors
- Following up on legal requirements, such as insurance, workers compensation coverage, and business licences to ensure subcontractors are compliant
- Providing key code access for buildings
- Tracking agreements and providing reports through the CRM
- Assisting identifying potential subcontractors in various markets
- Assisting the Operations team by ensuring smooth management of subcontractor network
- Working alongside colleagues in Quotes, handling budget change forms, status change forms, and other tasks related to subcontractor management
**Competencies**:
- Must be extremely attentive to detail, as we are dealing with legal documents and requirements
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and other computer programs
- Learning agility
- must be able to learn quickly and adapt easily
- Proactive - anticipates what needs to be done and does it, rather than waits to be told
- Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Resourceful
- Experience with contracts an asset but not required
- English fluency required; other languages are an asset but not required
