**What You'll Do**

Field Effect is on a mission to bring the best cybersecurity to what has been a vastly underserved market, the small to medium business. These companies have either had to spend way over the budget, use tools that were designed for security experts (which they do not have), or simply go without. At Field Effect, we believe that all businesses should be able to access protection they need to grow and thrive.

We welcome and anticipate your ideas for how to expand and grow this function and overall marketing. You will be a key participant in helping Field Effect meet its business goals and define our demand generation strategy.

**Skills & experience we look for**
- 3+ years in demand programs and outbound marketing, leveraging Hubspot CRM
- Experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns across traditional, social, and digital mediums with a strong focus on outbound marketing
- Data-driven problem-solver who monitors performance across relevant KPIs and has the ability to turn insights into actionable plans
- Thoughtful A/B tester always seeking to improve this tactic and overall marketing results
- Creative innovator with a collaborative approach
