**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media advertising strategies to achieve company objectives and KPIs.
- Manage all aspects of paid social media campaigns, including campaign setup, targeting, budget management, and performance tracking.
- Create engaging ad copy and visual assets tailored to different social media platforms and target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and generate insights to optimize ad performance and maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media advertising to inform campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to ensure alignment and cohesion in messaging and branding.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing and experiments to refine ad creatives, targeting parameters, and campaign tactics.
- Provide regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience managing social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising principles, including audience targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in using social media advertising tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad content and messaging.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with e-commerce or direct response advertising is a plus.

Pay: $37,441.65-$70,528.16 per year
