**We are looking for an Invoicing Specialist to join our Finance team in Hamilton**

Reporting to the Controller, the Invoicing Specialist will review operations documentation to ensure completion and accuracy, prepare invoices for distribution, and provide backup to other team members to support the needs of the business.

**You have**:

- Intermediate level experience in a similar role
- A relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Excellent working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail
- Persistent and professional nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer centric approach to dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- A willingness to pitch in where needed
- Experience dealing with traffic control operations paperwork is a definite asset

**You will**:

- Prepare customer invoices
- Reconciliation of project accounting with customers
- Assistance with customer collections and invoice follow-up
- Data entry of payables
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Filing
- General data entry for accounting
- Provide back up to team members as needed
