We are seeking a skilled and professional Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in. You will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our organization. Your contributions will help ensure smooth accounts payable processes and timely vendor payments.
- Sorting and verifying accounts payable invoices against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Inputting invoices and relevant data into the system, maintaining organized and accurate records
- Identifying and addressing discrepancies in billing and invoicing promptly
- Overseeing vendor invoices and payments, monitoring payment schedules to ensure timely processing
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding payments and reviewing customer statements for reconciliation

**Qualifications**
- Post Secondary education in accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist
- Strong understanding of processes, including invoice processing and payment disbursement
- Ability to multitask and a high level of organization required
- High level of accuracy and very detail oriented
