**TOOL CRIB TEAM LEAD**
- **This is a full-time position, with on-call requirements.**:

- **This role is a day shift, Monday to Friday.**:

- **This position is located in Formet, St. Thomas, ON.**

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform bi-weekly price updates using various pieces of software working alongside the Item Master
- Perform monthly inventory comparisons using multiple pieces of software
- Quote orders as needed
- Track all repair cost savings
- Provide direction to the tool crib attendants in order to ensure customer orders, inbound freight and repairs are processed in an efficient and timely manner
- Review daily reporting
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas WFS is managing
- Assist counter area, receiving and replenish vending equipment as required
- Manage Group member and WFS inventory and open back orders
- Support the WFS Quality System
- Foster a safe work environment of empowerment, accountability, respect, consideration, open honest interaction, full participation in team meetings and activities with a winning attitude
- Lead the team in developing a continuous improvement mindset and process, while recognizing opportunities for change and implementing successfully
- Ensure team members have the necessary tools to perform their assigned duties and that the tools are routinely inspected and cared for
- Lead the team members to ensure team performance meets or exceeds commitment of our service promise to customers, and expectations of productivity, quality, and safety
- Comply with WFS policies, guidelines and procedures as well as applicable legislation, such as Occupational Health & Safety Act, Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, WHMIS, Employment Standards, etc.
- Support the WFS Tool Crib On Call Program
- All other duties as assigned

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Completion of a post-secondary diploma, preferably in Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years previous warehouse experience, witha focus on inventory accuracy and communication
- Strong knowledge in Tool Crib Operations and Autocrib Software
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and relationship building, while having a sense of urgency, and being enthusiastic, assertive, and highly organized
- Proven ability to influence, motivate, and communicate effectively with team members
- Capable of recognizing opportunities for change, development of process and implementation
- Advanced troubleshooting, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong personal attributes such as self-motivation, analytical, capable of working independently
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced warehouse operations and warehouse operating systems
