**This position is for winter work, with the opportunity to continue with the company in the spring for summer work. Winter work does involve being on-call and night shift when required. Winter shifts may be longer than regular shifts, 24/7 availability.**

**Title**: Snow Crew Member

**Reports To**: Crew Leader

**Summary**

The Winter Maintenance Crew is responsible for ensuring the work completed is up to Wright Landscape Services standards. Operating a variety of equipment and tools in a safe manner to get the required tasks completed is critical to the success of this position. Flexibility is required due to the nature of this position.

Wage range: $21-25/hour

**Primary Duties**
- Snow removal on all sidewalks as assigned by the crew leader.
- Ability to use various snow removal equipment including snow blowers, shovels etc.
- Ensure all sidewalks are left safe for pedestrians to traverse.
- Completing assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Follow all policies and procedures while working at all company locations and client sites
- Communicate issues with or damages to equipment to management
- Operating necessary equipment, tools, and vehicles
- Other duties as assigned by Management

**Requirements**:

- G class license, clean drivers abstract.
- 1-3 years of experience in snow removal an asset
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Moderate physical strength and stamina
- Reliable transportation to and from work at any time of day/night

**Work Conditions**
- Lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. may be required
- Extended periods of standing/sitting in winter settings
- Manual dexterity required to use equipment and tools
- Extended hours as required
- May perform work in adverse weather conditions including extreme cold and snow
- Hours/shift times vary depending on weather.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
