**LANDSCAPING JOBS** **Account Manager**
**Ground’s Maintenance & Snow****:
We are looking for a new account manager to add to our team to help us grow our ground's maintenance and snow division. This person is responsible for prospecting, estimating, sales, and account management (ongoing relationship/customer service). This position specifically sells contract work for grounds maintenance, snow and ice removal, and enhancement work.

PRIMARY DUTIES
Accountable for meeting sales target for grounds maintenance division.
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs and objectives.
- Coordinate with vendors.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
- Responsible for onboarding and integrating new clients and developing existing client relationships.
- RECONR meetings to upsell to existing clients.
- Managing and scheduling new sales leads with other account managers.
- Responsible for job handoffs to the production manager & coordinating with them.
- Create site maps of all maintenance and snow services.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Travel to off-site locations required

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Microsoft office, including excel
- LMN software
- G class driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
- Proven sales & account management or other relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge and/or experience in grounds maintenance & snow preferred.
SALARY RANGE

$70,000/ year + yearly profit sharing bonus
