**Overview**
**Duties**:
- Input and update data into databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform data collection and verification to ensure the integrity of information.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for data organization, analysis, and reporting.
- Assist with order entry processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct basic math calculations as needed for data analysis and reporting tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in clerical or office settings with a focus on data entry tasks.
- Proficiency in using databases and computer software, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Basic math skills for handling numerical data efficiently.
