Ottawa, Canada Top Hat Home Comfort Services Full time

As a data entry clerk for Top Hat’s accounting department you will be primarily responsible for:

- Entering customer and vendor invoices in our accounting software.
- Archiving processed documents
- Typing inspection reports and estimates
- Assisting accounts receivable and payable clerks with additional duties as required.

**Required Skills**:

- Accuracy in data entry.
- Must possess excellent computer skills and an ability to work under pressure at times.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
