Mos Mos Coffee is a fast-paced coffee shop and is looking for an energetic and friendly team member who is passionate about providing excellent customer service while serving great coffee. Opportunity for career advancement for those dedicated in the service industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs
- Prepare and serve coffees, teas, specialty beverages while following Mos Mos recipes
- Prepare and serve food items while following Mos Mos standards
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
- Stock display shelves and fridges as needed, and maintain inventory
- Accurately operate POS and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including workstations and kitchen area.
- Manage storage and inventory levels, accept deliveries, and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently upheld.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a barista or customer service and leadership experience preferred
- Basic math & counting skills required
- Must be able to work independently and during times with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in a warm environment
- Must follow required dress code as assigned (all black with provided apron)
- Able to read and communicate in English and able to follow recipes

Must be able to work at least one weekend shift.
- **Current store hours (expect hours up to an hour before open and after close)**_**:
Monday to Friday 7am - 6pm

Saturday to Sunday 9am - 6pm

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
