Aroma Espresso Bar Canada is a rapidly growing franchise focused on making amazing coffee and fresh, nutritious food to order. We are passionate about delivering our products and services with elevated standards.

We are looking for someone to oversee the daily operations of the cafe with emphasis on staff training and culture, management of labor, cost of goods and maintaining good customer service and public relations within the community. The Cafe Manager will be involved in all aspects of the cafe and will be reporting to the Business Manager.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all areas of operations
Work with the Business Manager in planning, evaluating and organizing restaurant operations
Effectively administer company policies, service standards and procedures
Develop and maintain a healthy work culture within the team through elaborate training, coaching and performance evaluation
Monitor inventory costs and levels
Create schedules to ensure budgeted labor costs while maintaining quality of service
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and staff
Implement marketing strategies for walk-in and catering customers.

Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a café/restaurant as a Manager
Strong customer service background and communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and improvise when required
Enthusiasm in serving people and making their day better
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights and weekends

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
