We are seeking a Drafting Technician who will work alongside our Marketing, Design and Construction Team. This position will report to the Project Development Manager. The primary focus of this position will be the development of architectural designs for multi-family residential developments. This role is an in office role in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The role of this position will consist of, but not limited to the following:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Collaborate with the Marketing, Design, and Construction teams to produce detailed working and construction drawings for multi-family residential projects.
- Develop technical drawings, specifications, and material quantity takeoffs from conceptual layouts and design instructions.
- Create accurate 2D and 3D models using CAD/Revit and drafting software to support project planning and visualization.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and bid packages.
- Work with the Marketing and Interior Design teams to generate clear, marketing-ready floorplans for promotional use.

**What You Bring**:

- Diploma or certification in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a drafting or construction design role.
- Strong skills in Autocad/Revit software and familiarity with construction standards and documentation.
- Knowledge and proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret technical documents and translate them into precise drawings.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
