**Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be the face of our coffee shop, responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve interacting with customers, preparing drinks, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. **Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders efficiently.
- Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions accurately, and manage the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies.
- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing payments accurately.
- Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Familiarity with cashiering practices and cash handling procedures is a plus.
- A passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods and beverage preparation techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
