We are looking for a Shop Hand to join our growing team. We require an individual with knowledge in the construction industry, the ability to provide a high level of customer service, and who can manage the shop inventory. You will be accountable for keeping the shop area organized and tidy. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required.

**Responsibilities**
- Book repairs, oil changes and tire changes of all company vans and keep record of vehicle maintenance; provide employee transportation if needed
- Maintenance of all COR safety equipment; working closely with COR supervisor
- Coordinate repair of all company parts, tools and equipment
- Coordination and delivery of scissor lift to job sites when required
- Pick up and drop off of parts at job sites to electricians when required
- Shipping and receiving of control parts and materials, including communicating with ICS employees regarding status of these parts
- Packaging and shipping of parts to customers
- Coordination and shipping of any parts that need to be repaired by one of our vendors
- Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
- Identify, label, and catalogue parts received
- Maintain records on inventory control system
- Coordination of GFL waste collection and septic tank schedule
- Snow removal, grass cutting and property maintenance when applicable
- Maintaining a tidy, organized shop

**Requirements**:

- Ability to bend, crouch, kneel and perform repetitive tasks
- Competence in the area of safety
- Valid Manitoba Class 5 Drivers License
- Computer skills is an asset
- Strong prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines and take responsibility for your work
- A high degree of professionalism, attention to detail and leadership skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
