**Responsibilities**:

- Works alongside CEO to maintain clinic flow and seamless service daily.
- Oversee a small team of employees to keep everyone on track and ensure task deadlines are met.
- Preparing & placing orders to keep clinic stock with no shortages.
- Supplier management & maintaining positive partnerships.
- Preparing reports for sales & budgeting.
- Social media & marketing management including posting on clinic Instagram stories and content creation.
- Auditing of bookings and financials to maintain accuracy.
- Assisting with reports for gratuity, sales, and payroll.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- THORNHILL, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Management: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
