Thornhill, Canada Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Thornhill Full time

We are looking for a dynamic individual, with great interpersonal skills, for a part-time or full-time position as a Spa Sales Associate at our well established Spa in Thornhill. Key responsibilities include delivering high level of customer service, meeting sales goals, effectively managing front desk and overall operational responsibilities.
- **Essential Job Functions**:_
- Interaction with clients with friendliness and professionalism.
- Business growth (promotion of membership sales, services, products)
- Maintenance of reception, spa treatment rooms and common areas
- Operational procedures such as scheduling of client appointments, processing of payments
- **Other Skills/Abilities**:_
- Desire to pursue a high level of customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and set work priorities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to exercise a high level of tact, diplomacy, professionalism and confidentiality
- **Education/Experience**:_
- High School diploma or equivalency, some college/university will be an asset
- Minimum of 1-2 years customer service, sales experience
- _Experience in the Spa, Wellness or Hospitality Industries will be a plus_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
