We are a busy wellness spa located in Vaughan that offers an array of different treatments. We are known for our Salt Cave, however we offer many other beneficial treatments such as flotation therapy, infrared and dry saunas as well as massage therapy.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified individual to join our team. This is a part-time position, working Monday, Thursday and Friday from 9:30am-8pm.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Welcoming and greeting clients - providing lockers, slippers, etc...
- Providing waivers
- Answering and managing the phones (3 lines)
- Booking appointments
- Knowledge of all treatments and packages offered
- Taking clients to treatment rooms when help is needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2+ years experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great phone etiquette (managing 3 lines)
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Friendly with customer service experience (min. 5 years)
- Great English
