BankersHall Chiropractic is a patient-focused clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care in a professional and welcoming environment. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Chiropractic Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience while keeping our front desk operations running smoothly.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm and professional demeanor
- Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming patient appointments
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with a helpful attitude
- Processing payments and assisting with direct billing to insurance providers
- Keeping the reception area and treatment rooms clean and organized
- Supporting general administrative duties as needed

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Positive, energetic, and passionate about helping people
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Office Administration Certificate (e.g., SAIT’s Office Professional Certificate or Administrative Information Management Diploma) is an asset but not required.

**Schedule**
- **Hours**: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- **Days**: Mondays, Tuesdays, and every second Wednesday
