**Position Overview**

This position will be expected to provide top-level service to all new and existing clients in a professional manner. You will acquire skilled knowledge on all payment product offerings as well as a very thorough understanding of various client business cases. You will work in a fast paced and thriving environment helping customers, and will receive training related to the payment product offering as well as skills on how to investigate and process various customer inquiries. Success in this role allows for possible promotion to other departments within the company. This role will work very closely with Business Development and Compliance Officers and will act as the liaison between account holders and these specific teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure customer queries are handled appropriately and in a timely manner, escalating issues when necessary
- Resolve client queries quickly and efficiently and/or refer to colleagues as appropriate
- Work efficiently in a multi-tasking environment where high attention to detail is required at all times
- Manage inquiries on various platforms simultaneously

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (verbal and written). Additional languages are preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
- 2+ years of part or full-time work experience
- Desirable but not required: Banking or Financial institution work experience
- Desirable but not required: Spanish spoken and written
