**Your Role**:
The Digital Shelf Syndication Lead role sits within the Consumer Experience Organization (CxO), which accelerates NA growth by leading the development of capabilities that drive efficient scale and works with the Squads, Customer teams, and the Digital Experience team to drive impact with customers and consumers. This role is pivotal in contributing to overarching e-commerce growth, improving delivery, and optimizing results in response to the disruption across e-commerce.

This role will help shape and scale processes for the as we build out first in-house syndication team for digital shelf, and will be responsible to delivering timely, accurate, and best-in-class content across our 42+ retailers.

The individual should comfortably flex between detailed processes and technologies to finding strategic solutions in the omnichannel landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Syndicate digital shelf content from Salsify and directly in vendor portals for New Products and Content Refreshes, including packaging refreshes, brand restages, image/copy optimizations, and enhanced content.
- Manage content channels to ensure product data is mapped appropriately and coordinate with IT on any attribution changes.
- Audit and review content readiness, and ensure all retailer required data points are complete, accurate, and ready to syndicate before ship date
- Tailor syndication to support brand and customer needs; including, retailer specific content, image ordering, etc.
- Manage ad-hoc customer syndication requests and provide regular updates on progress, issues, or delays.
- Troubleshoot any content submission issues, submit and manage tickets on retailer portals.
- Maintain a content syndication calendar with key projects, customer specifics, item setup requests, and timelines, with inputs from Customer and Dx teams.
- Work with IT lead on building/updating channels in Salsify, workflow management, and continuous optimizations to scale syndication capabilities.
- Partner closely with CxO Digital Shelf Project Team, Dx Digital Shelf Managers, CD leads on upcoming projects, priorities, and ongoing optimizations.
- Monitor content accuracy post syndication using measurement tools, including Salsify Insights and Profitero, and resolve any retailer or channel mapping issues.
- Create content completeness reports specific to category, comprehensive of all retailer requirements. Identify attribute/content needs and work closely with content owners and IT leads to identify source and solution.
- Continually assess for areas of improvement in syndication process to improve speed-to-market, content accuracy, customer visibility, and minimize touchpoints.

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- A minimum of 6 years experience is required
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital shelf/ecommerce content syndication is required
- Detailed oriented, with a track record of problem solving, navigating ambiguous environments, learning agility, continuous improvement, and being cross-functionally balanced
- Experience using retailer platforms, portals and systems (i.e. Syndigo, Salsify, VC, portals, templates) and how to manage multiple channels
- Experience using Salsify for content collection, workflows, and channel syndication
- Strong experience in managing above-the-fold content (baseline copy, CGI, EDI) and enhanced content below-the-fold
