- Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Train staff on company policies, procedures, and best practices for customer engagement.
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
**Requirements**:
- Must pass criminal records check
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong math skills for cash handling and financial transactions.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse customers.
- Proficient in customer service principles with a focus on building relationships.
- Experience in sales or retail environments is advantageous.
- Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and vendors.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
