Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Operations Officer to join our client.
Contract Dates: 6 months
Pay Range: $24 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
- Review items and enter data in specific data fields - using keyboards.
- Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
- Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors.
- Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- Banking experience
- Data entry
- MS Excel
- SLA environment
- Tech savvy
- High volume environment
Personal Attributes:
- Deadline driven and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
