Our furniture store, recognized for the quality of its products and personalized customer service, is seeking a motivated **Assistant Manager**to join our team. We are looking for someone proactive, organized, and passionate about furniture and customer service. You take pride in your work and enjoy the challenge of learning new skills and working as part of a team.
- **Skills and Responsibilities**:_
- Assist the manager in the daily management of the store;
- Evaluate daily operations;
- Plan and organize daily operations;
- Determine merchandise and service to be sold;
- Identify, select, and procure merchandise for resale;
- Determine staffing needs;
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages;
- Manage staff and assign tasks.

We offer customization of some of our products, and we are also collaborating with designers in creating new pieces on special requests or projects. All of our products are manufactured in our studio in Montreal.

- Assister le gérant dans la gestion quotidienne du magasin;
- Évaluer les opérations quotidiennes;
- Planifier et organiser les opérations quotidiennes;
- Déterminer les marchandises et services à vendre;
- Repérer, sélectionner et se procurer des marchandises pour la revente;
- Déterminer les besoins en personnel;
- Résoudre les problèmes pouvant survenir, y compris les demandes des clients, les plaintes et les pénuries d'approvisionnement;
- Gérer le personnel et assigner les tâches.
