We are currently seeking a professional Assistant Manager to help with the day-to-day operations of our store. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive in-store experience, and will work closely with our staff to complete daily to-do lists and ensure all staffing needs are met. We're looking for an individual who takes initiative and takes pride in their work, enjoys learning new things and has a passion for customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising store staff
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies
- Assist in payroll processing and maintaining employee records

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Experience in cash handling and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Previous experience as a clerk or in retail management is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
