Town & Country Chrysler is hiring a **Service Advisor**. Are you currently a Service Advisor or accel in customer service ? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. **Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- The successful candiate will be responsible for professionally greeting each customer in a prompt, courteous manner.
- Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical concerns, as well as future recommended services.
- Secure agreement from customers before repairs; thoroughly review vehicle repair estimates as well as vehicle turn around time.
- Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with the manufacture specifications, using Mopar maintenance menus.
- Handle minor customer concerns and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Communicate the need for additional work when needed; explain the details to the customer, including the additional cost and time consideration and document accordingly.
- Follow up with each and every customer thoughout the day keeping them informed on their vehicles progress. Assist with customer transportation arrangements as needed.
- Provide superior customer service throughout the service process.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Assist the Service Manager as required

**Requirements**:

- The ability to communicate clearly and positively with customers and team members alike
- An outgoing personality who shares our commitment to customer satisfaction while meeting personal goals.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds an asset but is not essential as training is available
- A valid drivers license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
