**What you bring**:
- Experience A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team, foster a positive work environment, and effectively communicate goals and expectations.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, repair processes, and maintenance procedures, with a focus on various makes and models is desirable.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively address service-related challenges and implement appropriate solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical individuals.
**What your responsibilities will be**:
- Manage and supervise a team of service technicians, apprentices, service advisors, and administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance and productivity.
- Ensure exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers, by maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Oversee the daily operations of the automotive service department, including scheduling oversight, managing workflow, and maintaining service records.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, industry trends, and service techniques to provide effective guidance to the service team and ensure the highest level of service quality.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and environmental standards, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
