**Our**MSP Staffing Specialist** is accountable for**:
- Providing expertise to hiring managers according to our client compliance process for onboarding temporary workers
- Driving overall workforce management while leveraging master procurement technology tools
- Managing client facing interactions to drive consultations and provide guidance on different delivery solutions
**Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience**:
- Bilingual speaker required, French and English speaking
- Demonstrated ability to review, shortlist, and schedule interviews for the hiring managers
- Experience with VMS Fieldglass technology and processes
- Capability to manage suppliers through excellent communication and customer services skills
Seeking 2+ years’ experience in a recruitment function and role supporting temporary labor hiring.
Position requires onsite in Mississauga, Canada three days a week.
Base compensation range: $61,252 to $81,670
