Requirements for this position are as follows but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality checks on products for design accuracy and consistency.
- Complete tasks assigned through Basecamp and by the Production Manager.
- Inspect incoming designs for errors and troubleshoot quality issues.
- Ensure proper design alignment on various materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, following safety regulations.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to meet deadlines and adapt to changes.
- Handle pressure effectively, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Improve processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Photograph completed jobs and upload images to specific platforms, ensuring organization by decoration process.
- Ship orders to clients outside the city and package them according to company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
- Problem-solving skills for identifying and correcting issues.
- Strong communication skills for teamwork.
- Ability to lift heavy items (50+ lbs) as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle for deliveries.
- Standing for extended periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in heat pressing or printing roles.
- Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw).
- Familiarity with quality control procedures is a plus.

Work Environment:

- Fast-paced production setting. Our team thrives in a dynamic setting where adaptability and quick decision-making are essential. We value efficiency and are committed to meeting tight deadlines, fostering a challenging yet rewarding atmosphere that encourages growth and collaboration.

Pay: $15.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
