Serv-A-Yard is looking to grow our team with a customer service leader. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service for all inbound customer calls. The representative will address all customer inquiries with the goal of providing a partnership the customer can rely upon. Along with other administrative duties this position will be the primary contact for our customers.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Provide top notch customer service to potential or existing customers.
- Act as a solutions specialist for incoming customer inquiries.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure follow through for the optimized customer experience.
- Oversee our customer service department with 1-2 team members.
- Promote additional services to meet or exceed the needs of the customer.
- Assist the sales team with obtaining customer referrals.
- Support the accounting team with customer account follow up.
- Perform data analytics and manage customer information.
- Customer site visits may be required.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the department.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in sales an asset but not required.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of customer service experience.
- College certificate in customer service or related field an asset.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office.
- Experience managing a CRM an asset.
- Previous experience leading a team.
**Compensation**
- 24-26$/hr
