We are currently seeking to hire an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our team in the role of a full-time **Customer Service Representative**. We are looking for someone who is extremely friendly, great with customers and has a positive attitude. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. This position also requires a basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (or similar graphics programs such as Canva) to be able to create basic artwork mockups.

**General Responsibilities**
- Answer phones and greet walk-in customers in a professional manner
- Write new quotes and orders, source product options, and managing projects from start to finish
- Develop artwork mockups using instructions provided by clients
- Coordinate with sales and production staff to ensure deadlines are met
- Be proactive and resolve any issues that arise with orders effectively
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Remain knowledgeable on products and services offered while continuously being on the lookout for new product options and trends
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development

**Skills Required**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- Proven organizational skills combined with a high level of attention to detail
- Must be motivated with a strong work ethic
- General office administration knowledge and skills an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
