Clean AF is a cleaning company that focuses on Airbnb Unit Turnovers, Renovation cleanings, Tenant Turnovers, and Residential cleanings If hired you will initially operate as an Independent Contractor and potentially have an opportunity to move into an employee role. All payments will be made upon successful completion of the job, paid through e-transfer.

If the job is NOT completed to the owner's standard, the Turnover Specialist must agree to fix the highlighted issue (e.g. cobwebs in corners of the ceilings), without extra pay.

**Must Haves**:

- Has strong attention for detail
- Has a smart phone that can send, and receive pictures WITHOUT wifi
- MUST HAVE a reliable car to travel to and from cleaning appointments. If you do not have a vehicle, do not apply.
- English speaking

**Duties**:

- Mopping
- Dusting
- Vacuuming
- Cleaning living rooms/ bedrooms/ kitchens/ bathrooms
- Completing necessary laundry
- Ability to move larger objects e.g. beds/ couches to clean underneath them

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Most if not all units that you will clean will be empty, you will have the option to wear a mask if others (owner and or contractors) are in the unit at the same time as the cleaning appointment.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Midland, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
