Donaleighs Restaurant Group is looking to add FOH managers to our growing company. We have multiple management opportunities in 3 different restaurants including North Country, Dunlop Street Diner, and Donaleighs Irish Public House.
- have a minimum of 3 years management experience in a high volume setting
- possess strong communication skills
- be organized and punctual
- have a strong eye for detail
- work well with large teams and be able to manage effectively in high stress situations
- be self motivated
- have a desire to learn and grow
- have an in depth knowledge of liquor and labor costs and their controls
- possess a strong understanding of health and safety
- have experience with P & L statements
