**Client Services Associate**

Assante Capital Management Inc. is seeking a Client Services Associate to join our team in Dorval, QC. This position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the business. This role will be responsible for providing support to the Senior Financial Advisor and his clients, assisting with daily monitoring and management of client's portfolios.

**Responsibilities**:

- Executes daily tasks (e.g. service requests, transactions, queries, etc) in a timely and professional manner
- Takes the initiative to find creative approaches that make each customer's experience feel personal
- Looks for ways to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall customer experience
- Contributes to the business results of the practice
- Maintains current knowledge of financial products and market and economic trends
- Escalates complex or unresolved customer situations as required
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed

**Qualifications**:

- University degree
- Banking/financial services industry experience required
- Confidence and experience in the use of social media
- Fully bilingual (Written and Spoken)
- Passionate commitment for helping clients
- Resourceful self-starter with the courage and confidence to approach clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Collaboration and team skills
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
