**Job Summary**

The Credit and Collections Manager will work to provide various levels of credit and collection functions to support Titanium's operations. This role will be responsible for aspects of the company's operational liquidity needs and provide planning support to the expanding business. This includes hands-on development of cash management solutions for all the company's multi-level business operations.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Analyzing and approving a line of credit and payment period up to a set amount for new customers and reviewing the line based on operational needs
- Approving projects up to a specified amount
- Analyzing financial data for discussions with CFO
- Managing everyday situations beyond credit policies
- Meeting periodically with the CFO and recommending solutions to optimize cash flow
- Proactively submitting at-risk accounts receivable to the CFO for decision-making
- Acting as a mentor for the credit and collection team
- Maintaining good communication with customers and internal sales department

**Job Requirements**
- 5 years of experience in business credit and personnel management
- CCP designation or studies in business administration
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required
- Proficient with the use of a computer, including Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong ability to multi-task and effectively manage work requirements

**Preferred**
- Previous experience in supply chain logistics environment would be considered an asset
