**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Communicate with clients using all forms of contact
- Manage all levels of client relations matters specific to collections, including general inquiries and overall credit management
- With the use of ERP software, manage customer database and monitor all account activities, including investigating payment discrepancies
- Enforce prompt action on overdue accounts and engage in appropriate means of collection activities
- Process client payments using various POS systems and coordinate payment information updates and customer account changes as assigned
- Maintain and update filing and database systems
- Manage office admin responsibilities if any
- Back up for AR team.

**Job Requirements**
- 1-3 years of experience working in a Collections role
- Proficient with the use of a computer, including Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to be assertive and manage escalated customer interactions, as necessary
- Ability to work with and manage confidential information and use independent judgment

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
