- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: business requirements document, use cases, GUI, prototypes, screen and interface designs- Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plansImplements business requirements and process change initiatives to ensure that all specifications meet the objectives of the Company- Ensures process change along with appropriate communication for integration into business unit operations
**What we’re looking for you to have**:
- Post secondary degree or diploma and/or equivalent work experience- 3+ years work experience as a Business Analyst and/or in insurance/financial services industry- 2+ Years experience working in Scrum based teams and creation of User Stories, or equivalent training- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks or projects- Well developed communication, negotiation, persuasion and/or presentation skills- Experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall and/or Agile-
- Experience in process analysis and improvement and quality management concepts- Ability to think logically, analyze and/or solve problems**Beyond the salary**:
