**Special Project Coordinator**

Duration Full-time

Rate of Pay $42,000 to 45,000 annually.

Other Benefits: Optional group insurance

Hours per week 40/hours week

To assist the implantation of special projects across a portfolio of residential apartment buildings.

Establish work priorities, Ensure deadlines are met, Ensure procedures are followed, Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies and forms.

**Qualifications**

Prior experience in sales (preferably in apartment industry); a self starter and motivated individual; courteous customer service; excellent telephone technique; good customer communication. Experienced in using Yardi software. Experience in coordinating and implementing new projects and policies.

**Experience**

Two years experience in a working office environment preferred.

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
