**Position Overview**

As a Member Service Representative 2, your service to members will power their financial goals and dreams. Excellent member service at StellerVista starts with listening and caring to the needs of our members so that they can make an informed decision based on customized advice.

StellerVista ’s sales goals and promotions are designed to ensure members receive proactive help to discover and obtain the products and services they need.

In this role, you will help members with their savings (in regular and registered accounts), their accounts (ensuring they are in the best account for them), and assisting with frontline, in-person interactions. Plus, you will prepare and complete required documentation quickly and accurately, resulting in an easy, stress-free experience for the member. You will assist members in different stages of their lives so they will be ready for their next financial milestone.

**This position is a bargaining unit position**

**Schedule Description**

**Permanent Full-Time - 37 Hours per week**

**Tuesday-Thursday**: 8:15am - 4:45pm

**Friday**: 8:45am - 5:15pm

**Saturday**:9:30am - 2:30pm

**Note**: These hours may be altered or increased due to operational requirements. Some travel between StellerVista (Sparwood and Elkford) branches may be required.

**Wage scale**:$27.92/hr - $32.82/hr.**

**Minimum Qualifications**:
Do you have a secondary school diploma plus a minimum of approximately 2 years related sales and service experience from a Financial Institution?
