**ABOUT THE JOB**

**Responsibilities**
- Installing, replacing, repairing and Troubleshooting Electrical control and power circuits.
- Troubleshooting and replacing of PLC, HMI, Servo drives, VFD, DC drives, Relays, Contractors, motor controls and instrumentation.
- Maintain and repair the company’s equipment and facilities on an as-needed basis or by following preventative maintenance programs
- Ensure proper operation of refrigeration systems and boilers within legal limit
- Repair/Replace defective machinery parts, perform equipment adjustments and fabricate parts when required.
- Assist in setting up, change over production equipment and work with operators to increase uptime reliability
- Troubleshoot and identify root-causes for failures quickly and accurately
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them in a timely and efficient manner.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of Industrial Electrical experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and working experience with pumps, bearings, gearboxes, welding and fabrication.
- Working knowledge of Pneumatics and hydraulics systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and extended hours
- Ability to read and follow detailed SOP’s, repair manuals and blueprints
- Able to Communicate well with other team members and leadership

Either one of the following is a must, 2 or more is an asset:

- College diploma/Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Electrician Licence 309A or 442A
- Industrial Millwright Mechanic 433A
- Refrigeration Class B Operator certification or Power Engineer Class 4

**Salary**: $30.00-$38.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Maintenance Technician or relevant: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Power Engineer 4th Class Or Refrigeration Operator Class B (required)
- Industrial Millwright or Electrician License (required)
