Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC repairs, and plumbing
- Conduct electrical repairs and troubleshoot issues
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance work done by external contractors
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
- Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and external vendors

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Experience in facilities maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to fabricate and weld metal components
- Familiarity with CMMS for tracking maintenance activities
- Prior experience in supervising maintenance tasks is a plus

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 4 years (preferred)
