**Order Desk Office Associate Position**

Lloyds Laboratories is seeking a new team member. We are looking for a capable and responsible Order Desk Associate to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 2 years (required)
- receptionist: 2 years (required)

**Major Job Responsibilities**:

- Provide customers with information and resources to aid in the buying process
- Address customer complaints and escalate to appropriate staff, as necessary
- Create, manage and update customer account information, making note of specific interactions or inquiries for future reference
- Process credit card payments
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues
- Complete data entry and research as required to troubleshoot problems or inquiries
- Extract reports for customers and/or managers on an as-needed basis
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service and support
- Proficiency in Microsoft software including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience with Accounting software, preferably Adagio by Softrak
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities
- Empathetic, professional, people-first attitude towards customers and colleagues
- Detail-oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift
