We are seeking to fill Machine Operator & Assembler positions:

- Do you have experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment?
- Do you enjoy building and developing the skills of others?
- Are you motivated to work hard and be a contributing team member?
- Do you want to be a part of a growing company with career opportunities?
- Safety-first mindset.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour and lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to adhere to standardized work.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to commit to the work schedule with punctuality.
