Under the same ownership since 1992, our company is looking for an Office Administrator to join our team

**In this role, you will**:
- Reconcile bank, accounts payable/receivable, payroll and payroll accounts
- Provide support to the Estimator on job pricing and project costing
- Prepare and finalize correspondence and documents
- Handle bank deposits, courier coordination, mail distribution, and occasional bank drop-offs/pickups
- Support Health and Safety initiatives, including managing and distributing personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Schedule meetings and appointments as needed
- Support various administrative and operational tasks as assigned
**What you bring**:
- A diploma in Business or Office Administration, or relevant experience (industry-specific experience is an asset)
- 3-5 years of experience in an office administration role
- Knowledge of accounting practices, including payroll and accounts payable/receivable
- Familiarity with health and safety requirements in the electrical or construction industry is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams and with clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
